Book Study with Pastor Lisa

Pastor Lisa's book study will start Tuesday, September 22nd at 7:00 pm. Our first book will be I’m Still Here: Black Dignity in a World Made for Whiteness, by Austin Channing Brown. All are welcome to join this study we hope will deepen our conversation about welcome and inclusion.

I'm Still Here is a very readable book about one women's experiences as an African American woman. It will be a good place to start as we discuss racism and the church's role in responding to the cries of those who are suffering in this country.
If you are interested in participating, email Pastor Lisa and we will talk together about how to meet: in-person or by Zoom.
