Communion and Re-Opening During Covid

From Bishop Jim on Communion and Re-Opening Churches for Worship

Lisa Stoen Hazelwood sized I wanted to share with you two videos and a written document Bishop Jim has prepared as resources for congregations. The church council is referring to these as we manage things during this time and make decisions about worship and community life going forward. Link to first video. Link to the second. Link to the bishop's letter.

If you have feedback about anything related to worship: - comments about the livestream, - about last Sunday's parking lot worship, - thoughts about doing an outside worship service BYOC ["Bring Your Own Chair" outside on the church lawn, etc. contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The council will be doing a Congregational survey once the governor has made her recommendations for phase three--probably by July 1st. You will also be receiving a letter next week about the council's decisions about resuming in-person worship services.

I hope you are willing to be patient with us as we seek to offer a safe and also spiritually meaningful worship experience to our St. Andrew partners--without putting our most vulnerable members at risk. Peace be on the process.
