St. Andrew Is Offering a Third Session of "Fun with Food"

Fun with Food 400wJoin Lisa Dahl - a creative cook, mother, singer, yogi and healer - and discover how fun it can be to play with, cook, and eat food that is nourishing & delicious! From grains, fruits, and veggies to chocolate, sweet treats and desserts, learn how to take simple ingredients and create delectable dishes in 30 minutes or less. Guaranteed to please your palate and fuel your body!

Three Saturdays: 9:30 - 11:30 am.
** October 14th: Grains, Greens and Beans - make complete protein meals with 2-3 ingredients.
** November 4th: Salads, Soups and Dressings - enjoy hearty lunches and dinners with simple dressings.
** December 2nd: Sweet Treats and Decadent Desserts - indulge your sweet tooth and fuel your body at the same time.

Each 2-hour cooking class includes: Overview of ingredients and their nutritional benefits; Interactive cooking class with hands-on instructions; Recipes, shopping list and meal planning tips; Small class size allowing plenty of time for questions while enjoying your creation; Leftovers to take home--bring your own container!

Take one class or take them all! Register early as space is limited. Fun with Food is an interactive workshop for adults. This will be the last session partially supported by Pastor Lisa's Lilly Foundation sabbatical grant.

Cost is $20/participant plus an additional $5 for food. Scholarships are available.
